Suggestion: Show database context in title bar.

I just downloaded 0xDBE for the Mac to connect to SQL Server 2012.  So far, I've been incredibly impressed with 0xDBE's ability to run native Transact-SQL statements (something I've had difficulty with using other cross-platform database client apps).

A suggestion that I have for the development team:  when making a connection, and specifying a database name, the database context can still be changed during a session:

use NewDatabase
go

It'd be convenient if the title bar (and breadcrumbs) would update and show the current database name (presently, it only seems to show the initial connection database name).
