There's a "release" build for IDEA 14 available in the Scala plugin repository (0.40.18), so it's already possible to use the plugin with IDEA 14 EAPs.
However the main Scala plugin development is still done in IDEA 13 plugin branch, so there's no IDEA 14 nighltly builds.

We set up a draft IDEA 14 Scala plugin nightly builds page and we'll announce when the bulds will be accessible from there.
