No class file produced?

I am having a problem where IdeaU is not producing a class file for a
Scala class. I have tried several things to rectify the problem with no
luck (clean rebuild, purge output directories and rebuild, deleted
module file and recreated it from scratch).

I'm using 110.291 with plugin version 0.5.161.

I would dearly love a suggestion on how to fix this.

Thank you,

Donald

Might you be on windoz, and there is another class with the same name but with different case?

No, I'm on Mac Snow Leopard (10.6.8).

I did a global search of the whole computer and then a global search of
my entire project and no, there is no other class with the same name
regardless of case.

Problem solved!

This was a situation where I was recreating my office environment on my
home computer. Turns out that I forgot to add a Scala facet. Without the
facet, you can tell IDEA to compile files all day and it will just
silently ignore you.
