How to Use Edu features in IntelliJ?

I found 'Course Creator Plugin', 'Educational plugin core', 'Educational utils and Stepic connector plugin', and I installed them.
I don't see 'Course Creation' project type in IntelliJ.
Where are these plugins documented?
How to use Edu features in IntelliJ?

Is there a way to Create courses just like in PyCharm Edu, in IntelliJ?
Is it possible for other languages not just Python?
