it it OK to delete .PyCharm 2016.x [x=1,2] files when upgraded to PyCharm 2016.3?

If you already successfully imported your previous settings during PyCharm 2016.3 installation process, PyCharm created a new `.PyCharm 2016.3` folder and copied your previous settings there. After that you can remove `.PyCharm 2016.x` [x = 1,2] folders.
