Is there a way to vote against "won't fix" bug?

I found this code is warnd by `odd number of args for hash`.

a = [[:a, 1], [:b, 2]]
Hash[a]
But this behavoir is already registerd in the issue tracker and marked "won't fix".

I find the behavoir is quite annoying. Is there a way to vote against the state "won't fix"?
I know I can vote for a issue, but I don't know if that means against the current state.
