How to configure an output filter for a remote SSH External Tool

I am trying to run the typescript compiler over ssh as a "remote SSH External Tool". I got the script working with no issue, but I can't get the files referenced in the error messages to be hyperlinked. I hae an output filter configured as follows:
$FILE_PATH$\($LINE$,$COLUMN$\)\:

That works correctly when running this script locally. It gives me hyperlinks like this:

./node_modules/typescript/bin/tsc --target "ES5" --sourcemap --declaration --out ./out/YNABSharedLib.js app/scripts/YNABSharedLib.ts

/Users/taylorbrown/projects/YNAB/ynab_shared_library/app/scripts/viewModels/desktop/UserViewModel.ts(203,1): error TS2095: Could not find symbol 'asdf'.

However, when running on a remote machine, (with mappings configured correctly), my output is not hyperlinked:
./node_modules/typescript/bin/tsc --target "ES5" --sourcemap --declaration --out ./out/YNABSharedLib.js app/scripts/YNABSharedLib.ts
/vagrant_host/ynab_shared_library/app/scripts/viewModels/desktop/UserViewModel.ts(203,1): error TS2095: Could not find symbol 'asdf'.

Should I expect this to work? I would really like it if I could click on the hyperlink of the file in question and be taken to the local version of that file, but maybe that's not the way this is designed to work after all?

Here is my mapping screen, just in case it helps:
