100%+ CPU on OS X

A couple of times recently, Ruby mine has come to a virtual standstill reporting ~104-105% CPU which doesn't appear to come down ( at least not before my patience ran out ).

I have attached a sample file from the process when it was doing this in case it means anything to anyone.
