Windows license also working with Linux Version of Ruby?

Hello,

i am just started thinking about switching to Linux as development enviroment.

Is the Personal License also working with Linux? Is it valid to use RubyMine with 1 personal license 2 times, 1 time on Linux and 1 time on Windows ?
