Issues with Student License Renewal

My current license is about to expire, so I requested a renewal using my university email address. However, I haven’t received any confirmation email from JetBrains regarding my renewal request. I’ve checked my spam/junk folder and tried resending the request, but still no confirmation.

Thank you for your request.  Would you please send me your email address that you used in your application for a student subscription? Besides, please send me any officially issued document in the PDF format with your full name and the confirmation of your current active student status for verification/
