No Cucumber Log Panel

I'm on Linux (Fedora 17) with RubyMine 4.5.4. build #RM 119.71


I cannot get the Cucubmer log panel to show even though the ./log/test.log *does* show stuff is being logged.  I also tried to add my own log panel; this doesn't show either.
