Error: Cannot connect to the debugged process at port 51157 in 10s

I'm trying to debug, but is giving the following error:

I've followed all the guidelines of the thread http://devnet.jetbrains.net/thread/431168 and other sites (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10323119/cannot-load-such-file-script-rails-getting-this-error-while-remote-debuggin/10325110#10325110  and http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11910665/trying-to-debug-ruby-1-9-3p194-rails-3-2-7), yet still gives the error.
I use OSX 1.8.2, Ruby 1.9.3-p194 and Rails 3.2.8.


Please, I need your help urgently.
