GEM_HOME env variable: Any way to set for project?

Hi all, evaluating RubyMine, so far so good.

Since I don't use RVM nor RBenv and use gs (https://github.com/soveran/gs) I was just thinking if there is any way to set GEM_HOME, etc... per project basis? I mitigate this just launching RubyMine from the activated gs project using the command line launcher. But still would be useful to have it configured by project.

So any way to do it?
