Project Files Changed Message in Latest RubyMine 4.5 EAP

Hey,

Is anyone getting the "Project Files Changed" popup whenever you edit a project setting?  This is pretty annoying.  Is this something new that was added to 4.5 EAP?  See the image below of the window I'm talking about:

Hi Jason,

I have not seen this, but, perhaps, I've changed wrong settings ;)
What settings are you changing? Also what OS do you use? (I presume Mac, but it is better to be sure :))

Regards, Oleg.

I got this when I changed my font scheme.  I am using a mac with lion.

What kind of file system do you use to store the project? Perhaps, some special settings such as compressed/encripted folders or something else?

I upgraded to lion and didn't want to change my home directory so right now I have a link called /Users/jperry that points to /Users/local/VID/jperry.  My workspace exists under ~/workspace/code/project .

Perhaps the link is the cause of the problem.
It would be nice if you could try to place the project to some other location (which doesn't require symlink traveral)
and check if the problem is reproducible w/o links.
If it is not the you will have a woraround and good description for a bug to file in our tracker ;)

Hi Jason,

the problem you have looks like the one described in http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-55439

Thanks Oleg,

The ticket you linked does sound similar but I'm not using two editors.  Either way I'll to not use the links to see if I get the project updates.
