Is there a way to browse CSV text files in tabular format?

Looking for a way in RubyMine to view (and edit?) comma-separated text files, in a tabular format. I could do this in Excel of course, but it would be nice to have it directly in RubyMine. Is there a way to do that?

Unfortunately RubyMine doesn't have support of CSV format at the moment
