Todo list exclude rspec

Hi guys

I was wondering how any of you can use the TODO feature since mine automatically includes rspec

I did some google searches but they are all completely useless.

So is it possible to include only selected directories in the TODO list or exclude rspec?

right now I have 278 TODO items in 147 files of which about 5 files are actually my files..
