Alt + Shift + L is greyed out

Hi _ I am trying RubyMine 3.2.4 on ruby 1.9.3p0 (2011-10-30) [i386-mingw32] on Windows 7.

The Load File/Selection into IRB/Rails Console is grey out (Alt+Shift+L)

Here's the steps I have tried -

1. Tools > Run IRB Console
2. Select a line of ruby code in the editor
3. Alt + Shift +  L is greyed out.

Are there any ways or setting that need to be changed to enable this?

I have also installed RubyMine4.0 EAP and it works fine in the EAP.
