RSpec tests not running

I keep getting "Cannot find RSpec runner script" errors when trying to run my specs. I opened an issue 4 days ago [1] with more details and still nothing happening there. I updated the ticket because it does not work eiter on the latest EPA. Can I get anybody to look at this issue?
