Double click opens files?

Hello Mark,

Please attach the contents of from ~/.RubyMine32/system/logs

Everything in Rubymine seems to be working fine except that I have
never been able to double click a file to open it. Is this meant to be
the default behavior and if so, what can I do to fix mine? When I do
double click on a file, Rubymine freezes for 20 seconds or so. I am
sick of having to rick click on a file and select jump to source to
open it. I don't like to use F4. Rubymine 3.2.2 on Ubuntu 11.04 64bit,
Dell i5 4GB RAM.

Thanks a lot for log files, are you experiencing such a problems with all the files?

Yes, I can't open any file in Rubymine using double click. It gets busy for a moment and then does nothing. F4 will open the file as does right click and jump to source.

This was happennig to me too yesterday; but this morning, after a reboot of the machine, files are opening on double click once more.
My system is similar to yours: RubyMine 3.2.2 on Ubuntu 11.04 64bit, 8Gb RAM, i7 processor with 8 cores, but home grown and not a Dell.
