plugin manager can't connect

I'm using Rubymine on ubuntu.

When I try to start the Plugin Manager, I get an error: 'List of plugins was not loaded: Network is unreachable'

I have network connectivity in the rest of the OS. I have also installed Rails, through rubymine doesn't see an install.

Help?
