Local History - intermittent issues and no settings.
Hi,
Probably a documentation typo, but the docs:
http://www.jetbrains.com/ruby/webhelp/general-2.html
Refer to a General setting: "Keep local history for"
But I dont see this option in the IDE...
The reason I am looking for it, is that I seem to be getting issues where the local history window comes up blank - not even the current version.
I am running on a Mac book air (SSD based), and generally use the sleep/close lid option - so perhaps RubyMine is not quite handling that ok.
Restart Rubymine seems to fix things - although I think it then has wiped the history and so I am back to just the latest.
Running 3.0 - downloading 3.0.1 as I type.

This is a documentation typo at the moment, we've recently removed local history settigns from the UI. Thanks for pointing this out!
Could you please determine steps to reproduce and file an issue when local history fails at: http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issues/RUBY

Do you mean the doc error about the options for Local History or the actual Local History disappearing issue?
I presume you mean the former and so I will keep an eye out for the issue re-occurring. Seems to be an intermittent issue so far, luckily.

Yes, please don't submit a documentation update request, but if the problem with empty Local History is reproducible - please file corresponding issue and steps to reproduce or probably some other useful info.
