File Structure Popup (Ctrl+F12) broken?

The popup that comes up has the collapsed root node. So, I have to to always do: Ctrl+N (Open) -> Ctrl+F12-> Enter -> Search for a method using keystrokes or up/down arrow keys.
I think we can totally eliminate the need to press Enter in the above sequence.
