Rubymine / Git "Show History" for a Folder

Does anyone know how to get Rubymine to show history for an entire folder.  I can select a file and see the history, but when I select a folder, that button gets grayed out.  I'm not talking about local history either, I mean history from GIT.

There is a screenshot on this page: http://www.jetbrains.com/ruby/features/ruby_version_control.html showing a 'Repository' tab on the Changes tool.  I can't seem to make this display for me.  Any secrets here?
