erroneous syntax errors in 2.0.2

In version 2.0.2 I am still getting syntax errors on what I believe to be valid code.  Here is the offending line:
<div data-omn-channel="Learn" data-omn-page_name="Hero: <%= name %>" color: #ff0000;"><%= image_path background %>) no-repeat">

The error indicator is on the opening ruby brace marked in red above.  The error is, 'expected a string or a url'
