Key Promoter for Rubymine

I've enjoying developing using Rubymine 1.1 but I would love to have the KeyPromoter plugin available as it is a big help when learning and setting up shortcut keys.  I've downloaded the plugin and enabled it but when the RubyMine IDE reloads the plug-in shows up in the list but is not checked.  I would think this plug in would be a big help for people new to rubymine and would increase the percentage of trial to purchase

Please download the attachment and install it in RubyMine. In fact you just need modify plugin.xml to make it work in RubyMine,
