Rubymine 1.05 will not open some files for editing

I recently upgraded my rubymine version to 1.05, and no matter what I try, Rubymine will NOT open some files in my project for editing. If I use an earler version ofrubymine, I can edit all files with no problems at all. Could this be because I am using an evaluation copy of Rubymine 1.05 ?
I just download R 1.1 and the same files will still not open for editing...I can still open them with an earlier version of Rubymine. I am using a Mac

Could you please attach ~/Library/Caches/RubyMine10/logs/idea.log ?

Use File | Invalidate Caches and restart RubyMine.
