Windows newbie installtion instructions

I have installed earlier versions of Rubymine and other tools. I wanted to get a clean install of the official release (1.0), so I removed the existing versions of ruby and rails. When I installed Rubymine I did not see any Ruby, implying I would need to manually install it. I noticed on other posts that the Mac already has Ruby?
Sorry for the long leadup, but what are the installation instructions for the new Windows user? Did I miss something?

I the mean time I can fiddle through it myself, but I did not think that was the purpose of Rubymine.

Hello Shayes,

RubyMine doesn't include ruby interpreter. There is no sense in it.

Mac already has Ruby?

Mac OS 10.5 contains bundled ruby 1.8.6 package with some list of gems, including rails 1.2.6.

Sorry for the long leadup, but what are the installation instructions for the new Windows user?
