Will there be an API available to develop plug-ins for RubyMine?

Will there be an API or "dev kit" similar to the one available for
IDEA to develop plug-ins with? If so, when is it planned?

Yes. I think we'll be able to release an initial version of the development
kit in the coming couple of weeks.

We also want to support developing plugins in pure Ruby code rather than
Java, but that'll take longer.
