[ANN] Changes Bar 1.7.6 Available

Changes Bar 1.7.6 available via the plugin manager.

New in 1.7.6:
- Fixed deadlock
- Improved comment saving to occur on focus loss only and hopefully
avoid loss of text

Please note that only Diana is supported as version 8 specific OpenAPI
is now being used.
