IDETalk CrossIDE?

Did IDETalk ever make it cross IDE (i.e. to eclipse)?

Is there any way to compare my changes to files of other devs in my
team that are using eclipse?

No, at the moment IDEtalk is not cross-IDE. IDEtalk is open-source, so if
anyone wants to develop an Eclipse plugin that would speak the same protocol,
he/she is welcome.
