[ANN] Database Navigator 1.0.303 released

A new version of Database Navigator has been released (1.0.303).
This is mainly a technical release, containing major redesign of the language parser engine. Reason, support multiple SQL dialects.

Unpublished development items:
- partially defined SQL92 dialect.
- first steps for providing MySQL database support

NOTE: Due to the major refactoring, this version may be a bit instable in comparison to the prior ones.
