My Plugin theme changes the Intellij theme

Hi,
I'v developed a plugin that adds a new menu item to File menu. When its been clicked, a swing window will be shown. To save the time, I'v designed this swing window with Netbeans form designer wizard. It uses "windows" as its default L&F. My problem is that when this swing window is shown (opened), the Intellij Idea L&F change, the Alloy theme change to "windows" theme (this includes font size change, etc). I dn't want to use Intellij default theme (Alloy) because it makes my swing window ugly and bad-formed. What do you suggest me to do?

Thanks in advance
p.s: i use Intellij 14.0.3

There is no way to use different look & feels for different windows in the same IntelliJ IDEA process. You also can't rely on the Windows theme being available - a very large percentage of IntelliJ users are using Linux and Mac, and if you plan to publish your plugin, they won't have the Windows theme.

Why exactly do you think that it's not possible to design your window in a way that will make it look good with different look & feels?

I'v designed my JFrame with Netbeans GUI designer, when i set the Windows theme for it, it looks nice and well-formed, but when i use the Alloy theme, changes happen. (e.g. size of buttons, panels, tabs etc.) How do i must design my JFrame so that makes it looks good with different look & feels?
Thanks in advance
