[ANN] Copyright 1.0.1 for IDEA 7.0.3 and Diana

I have made some minor change to the Copyright plugin. This new version is available for IDEA 7.0.3 and Diana (build 8280). The changes are:

Bug Fixes
- Change use of internal variable $TEMPLATE$ with __TEMPLATE__.

Changes
- Don't save copyright template to module files if using project level copyright.
- Only perform recursive directory update if all files are writable.
