I have a field that intentionally has a setter but no getter, so I used the
InspectionGadgets intention to add the @noinspection FieldHasSetterButNoGetter tag, which
created a javadoc comment for the field.
The JavadocWriter inspection "Accessor javadoc is smaller than field's javadoc" now flags
the setter with a warning but the intention does nothing because the field's javadoc only
has the one tag, which correctly does not get copied to the accessor.
If smartcopy of the field javadoc would do nothing, then don't flag the accessor/mutator.
