How to install a plugin if I only help a zip file?

I can install GroovyJ plugin from Plugin Manager in IntelliJ IDEA 5.0.2 build 4095 but when I try to install it in build 4109, I can not found it in the plugin list.

I downloaded plugin from Groovy's web site (a ZIP file) but don't know how to install it. Can anybody help me? Thanks a lot!
