Copyright pllugin and blank lines

I want a blank line after my copyright statement. It seems that
Copyright plugin strips this off. Am I doing something wrong?

Under Code Style, select Blank Lines and ensure you specify the right number of blank lines for where you are putting the copyright.

Again - what versions of IDEA and the plugin are you using?

I'll check that tomorrow. I'm using latest Copyright plugin, IDEA 4049.
