Very nice, but IMHO a much more important feature would be: "deactivate copyright plug-in
for this module" (like it's possible for Version Control).(or have a combobox with the
list of messages, plus one :"no operation")

The actual plug-in supposes (falsely) that every module requires a copyright message, but this
is not so.
Some modules really need no copyright message (so new files shouldn't have automatically inserted).
Because for those modules is harder to delete the messages than to insert one at release time for
those that need, many programmers I know can't use your plug-in (and this is so since older releases).

Thanks in advance,

Ahmed.

Is it still possible to have project-wide settings only? I don't feel like changing
settings for some 20+ modules when they are all the same for the whole project. Just like
the mentioned Version Control settings, to have defaults for the project that can
optionally be overridden on module-level.

Thanks,
Sascha

I will work on these issues next. I hadn't seen the Version Control dialog before. Good idea. I think I will allow a user to specify the following choices for the each module:

- Disable
- Use project level
- Custom

Custom is basically what it does at the moment.

Project level could be interesting since a module can be part of multiple projects. You could end of changing every copyright notice in a module if the module is part of more than one project and those projects have differnt copyright notices.

Disable can be simulated today by simply clearing the copyrigh notice for that module.

Would it be possible to add support for copyright messages in JSP pages and other file types?

That's the next item on my list - support for files other than Java.
