ANN: TestNG Pluging 0.1.4

Just posted a new build of the TestNG plugin with some excellent updates
from Hani...

- Annoying gap between test tree and test results gone
- New Intention/Inspection to convert JUnit tests into TestNG tests
- New Intention/Inspection to convert between JavaDoc/Annotation
TestNG Test
- Output filtering - selecting a test in the tree only shows the
output that test (and tests under it ).
