[ANN] IDEtalk 0.5.5

Hi,

I've released a minor update of IDEtalk plugin which easies developer
collaboration from IDEA. Version 0.5.5 contains the following
improvements and fixes:

- Optional sound notification for incoming messages
- Add "Send" and "Send and Close" buttons to incoming message dialog
- Reduce startup time by checking current version of the
plugin in a separate thread + remove possible locks
- Fix for URLs with parameters
- Fix several exceptions
