[ANN] JBoss Integration Plugin 0.14 (beta) released

Changes:
- store SAR module location as URL instead of file path
- jboss-app.dtd patched to support 'id' attribute for modules

Bug fixes:
- use 'jndi-name' tag in resource references
- handling of resource environment references fixed
- copying/packing of SAR modules fixed
