Can't install the unitTest plugin using the plugin manager

Hi there,

Not sure if this is IDEA's problem or the unitTest plugin's, but even though the plugin gets downloaded in the system/plugins directory, it doesn't get copied over (and unzipped) to the config/plugins directory upon restart.

Another plugin (ideaJad) installed OK, so I thought I'd post the problem here, first. But it might as well be a packaging difference, IIRC there was a problem with unzipping plugins at some point.

Thx,
Andrei

When I installed it IDEA unzipped it to .../plugins/lib/ instead of
plugins/unitTest. So, I just created a unitTest dir and copied the lib
directory to it. Seems to work.

Sorry Andrei,

I am in vacation and out of pocket until next week. I will make sure I upload a fresh version of the plugin early next week.
BTW what IDEA and plugin version were you trying to use?

Thanks

That's what I've done, I just thought I'd report the problem here. :)

You're on vacation but can't help checking the intellij newsgroups, right? Yeah, I know how it feels. ;)

2174 (I think, judging by the date I posted the message). Not sure about the plugin version, though. As mentioned elsewhere, unzipping the plugin manually worked ok, it was just the installation through the plugin manager that was busted.

Thanks,
Andrei

Well I did good I think. I lasted 10 days before breaking down! And this is just because my wife insisted on getting the laptop's internet set up at our current place. After that well... it is no longer my fault. I even endure dialup speeds... ;)

Oh well, can't deny what you are...
