PropertiesEditor problem details required

Please anyone experienced problems with for example GoTo File dialog and PE plugin and have 100% reproduction case post here details of it.

There are many duplicates in tracker and it's very annoying issue for some users but I cannot catch and fix it as and JetBrains.
