Intellij Plugin SDK Download Link?

I want to implement an Intellij Plugin and to start with I am looking for a download link for the Intellij Plugin SDK. Going through the documentation I failed to figure out the download link. Can someone provide the same? I want to develop a plugin for Intellij version 9.

I found that Intellij Plugin SDK is nothing but the Intellij installation directory. Selecting the intellij installation directory creates the SDK. The only requirement is a valid JDK installation.
