Javadoc for Community Edition code

Hello Siddharth,

JavaDoc patches are always welcome. To submit them, please follow the standard
patch submission process: file an issue in YouTrack and attach a .patch file
to it.

While perusing through the open source community edition code, I found
that some Javadoc might be added to a few classes to make them easier
to work with. I am thinking of contributing to this through the git
repo. Please let me know if there are any concerns or 'best practices'
suggestions regarding this.
