No update to hibernate plugin =(

Hey All:
I take it from the last thread that the creator of the hibernate plugin
is MIA. I don't want to hear about middlegen or xdoclet, but thanks
anyway. Has anyone tried writing him directly and asking. How hard is it
to port a plugin from 3 to 4
Steve

Hello.
Unfortunately I have had personal vicissitudes that have forced me
to interrupt the development of the Hibernate-plugin.
I hope however to resume soon the work on it.
Have faith & stay tuned!

Hey Simone:
Thanks for the update and sorry to hear about the problems.
Is there some way I can help the process along. The hibernate plugin is
the last thing holding me back from switching completely to IDEA 4.
Thanks,
steve

Hi Steven,

Do it yorself! You always can grab the source (it's available) and recompile it for version 4. Changes were minimal as I remember (I did it a while ago).
I do not want to distribute it, since Simon is around and hopefully will catch up.
If this holding you back so badly, I can mail compiled jar to you.

That would be great if you sent it to me. I would greatly appreciate it.
Perhaps you can contribute the changes back to simone to lessen the work.
Thanks,
steve
