Perforce Sync All

Is there any way to invoke a Sync All command with the Perforce plugin? I
had been using the PerforceDirect plugin, and have been looking at the
Perforce plugin, and I like what I see. However, the project I'm working in
has lots of sub-projects, and it seems as though I have to sync each
directory tree separately. I'd like the ability to synchronize all the files
in my client spec.

Jon, I believe in P4DP you should be able to select a directory (e.g. your
root directory and invoke the Sync action - maybe from context menu, definitely
available in Perforce main menu) and it would run
p4 sync ]]>/...
that should sync everything under that dir.

Is this what you were looking for?

r.

Maybe I don't understand your project setup but with the Perforce plugin
you can select any directory and the context-menu will have a sync option.

I have also added an option to perforce plugin which syncs all the module
roots with one command. so if your sub-projects are in the same project as
modules, then that will do exactly what you want. I will upload the version
sometime soon.
