Previewing JSP pages without starting Web server

Hi All,
I would appreciate if anyone has any idea of any PlugIn that allows to preview the JSP pages in a browser without starting any Servlet Container say Tomcat.
Currently there is one technology by name of Collage Technology from SCIOWorks International which allows to preview the jsp pages (even those using jsp custom tags).

Abu Dhabi Hi, did you find something to resolve this problem with IDEA ?
ALL looks like it can be very interesting feature (JSP preview) ... looks like the simple preview (not so cool like at SCIOWorks like in JBuilder by default) would be cool! ...
