NonPhysicalReferenceSearcher

It looks like NonPhysicalReferenceSearcher impacts references searchers declared in the plug-in configuration.
It recursively invokes ExecutorsQuery.processResults and replaces original SearchScope object in the queryParameters with an instance of LocalSearchScope (#WI-94.5).
It this behavior expected?
