[simpleUML] What's up?

I no longer see simpleUML via the plugin manager and the last version on the
twiki is 0.15A (Sep 03) which is definitely out of date since the latest
version announced here was 0.27A (Jan 04).

Is it still available?

Does it work with the latest Pallada build?
