[ANN] Tabifier plugin - new release 4.7

The tabifier plugin retabs Java code so that syntactic elements are aligned vertically.

Version 4.7:

- re-enables the Preview pane in configuration (broke with an Aurora EAP release but works again with production 4.0 IDEA.)

- Saves and restores "Rearrange and align modifiers" setting properly.

- Uses AlexeyE's new tabifier icon. :)
